FIFA Women's Semi-Finals in Edmonton

It's been an exciting few weeks as the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™ has been unfolding in our Commonwealth Stadium since June 6.

Saturday's quarter-final action saw Japan defeat Australia 1-0, which didn't stop Australian fans' enthusiasm in the stands as crowds came out to support both countries, flying flags, face painted, and cheerfully waving team-coloured paraphernalia.

The winning goal for Japan came from Mana Iwabuchi, 22, who scored in the second half. Australia is a strong team but Japan has shown consistent dominance, and we look forward to more action as Japan moves on to play England in the FIFA Women's World Cup Semi-Finals in Edmonton on Wednesday.

Homeowners may be having difficulty dropping their asking price in an attempt to avert loss, and often will take a home off the market instead of selling lower.

But home sellers can rest assured that while this may be a buyers' market right now, home prices are higher—so holding out for your ideal price and not decreasing the sale price can still work in your favour. In fact,
