Named after a conservationist Cree Chief, Sweet Grass real estate is one of Southwest Edmonton's more popular communities with first time home buyers and growing families alike. Originally annexed by the City of Edmonton in 1964, a large percentage of homes went up in the area in the 1970s and development neared its completion at the close of the following decade.
