Prince Charles Homes for Sale
Situated just west of Edmonton's municipal airport, Prince Charles was settled by N. McCauley and A. Wilson and eventually was subdivided for the first time in 1905. By 1916, the area had undergone considerable growth, largely in part spurred on by the extension of Edmonton's electric street car line. Originally known as North Inglewood, the community was renamed in 1953 to honour HRH Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. The properties in Prince Charles are incredibly varied, spanning from turn-of-the-century single-family detached homes to more contemporary low-rise condominium-style apartment complexes.
