Sounds too good to be true, but apparently not.

Hot Chocolate

This one is my favourite there is nothing like preparing , anticipating
and snuggling up with a nice cup of hot chocolate, made with milk of course.
Turns out that while I am doing that I am loadingup on antioxidants.

 

These antioxidants are able to reduce my levels of cortisol,
a well known stress hormone which causes the body to hang on to belly fat,
It is the coca which is the where the troops are to be found 
to provide its' one two punch comfort and fighging off stomach fat.

 

A Cornell University study showed that the concentration of antioxidants in hot chocolate
is up to five times

FIVE QUICK STEPS TO BREAKING ANY BAD HABIT
 
FIRST
First take an inventory of your habits and see which ones are good for you and which are not

 
 
SECOND
Do an inventory of how the habit you want to break has broken you.

 
What has it cost you , how has it impacted you financially, in wasted time,
in ruined relationships, in your sense of accomplishment and well being
and of course the cost to your health.

Be very specific and honest because you need to know the cost of the habit
if you are going to find the energy and commitment to break it.
Write down what it will continue to cost you in the next year in the next five years
 
Make a photo collage of the cost.
