Blackburne Homes for Sale

Due to the popularity of the suburban area, homes for sale here are scarcer on the real estate market in comparison to the majority of Edmonton's neighbourhoods. At least 2/3rds of the community has residential property designation and the remaining third is the forest and parkland of Blackburn Creek Park.
