Beverly Heights Homes For Sale
The scenic North Saskatchewan River Valley frames the Southwest border of Beverly Heights homes, and there are several access points to river valley trails from the community.
Visitors to Beverly Heights are sometimes surprised to find that the neighbourhood avenues (with avenue oriented houses) do not line up with those in adjoining Highlands (where houses are street oriented). This is one physical reminder of the separate history of Beverly prior to 1961 when 50th Street formed the town's western boundary.
